قال عليه الصلاة والسلام: { إن من أفضل أيامكم يوم الجمعة فيه خُلِق آدم، وفيه قُبض، وفيه النفَّخة، وفيه الصَّعقة، فأكثروا عليَّ من الصلاة فيه، فإن صلاتكم معروضة عليَّ إن الله حرم على الأرض أن تأكل أجساد الأنبياء } رواه أحمد.
